Do you have a showroom or store I can visit?
No, we don't have it at the moment.
We understand that sometimes you want to touch the rug and see it in person before making a purchase, but our experienced customer service staff are here to help if you are unsure and cannot visit our showroom.
Because it is important to us that you are satisfied with your carpet, we offer free shipping and free returns, so you have the option to return if the carpet does not meet your expectations.
How can I clean my carpet if there is an accident?
Gently wipe the stain as quickly as possible with a clean cotton cloth - do not rub! Always work from the edge towards the center of the stain. If necessary, use a little washing-up liquid/soap and lukewarm water, only if necessary. Brush gently with a clothes brush if needed.
As for carpets made of viscose silk and bamboo, they are delicate. We recommend washing with a professional carpet cleaner and vacuuming regularly. If you do spill, wipe the spot immediately with a dry cloth. Do not use water or cleaning agents as the carpet is sensitive to liquids.
Feel free to use viscose textile impregnation to protect carpets from stains.
How can I reduce wear or keep my carpet firmly on the floor?
If you want to reduce wear and tear on your carpet, it is best to use an anti-slip mat. Protection extends the life of your carpet and also contributes to increased safety because your carpet sits better in place. Slip protection is recommended for both thin and slightly thick carpets, but especially for woven carpets.
We have two types of anti-slip pads available under food accessories, one is polyester and the other is latex and can be washed at 30 degrees:
How should I take care of my carpet?
For a carpet to have a long life, it is important to keep it clean; Dirt eats away at the carpet and wear usually first appears on the long edges and sides.
Also keep in mind that although a hand-knotted rug is often considered a work of art, it is of course primarily made to be walked on. Hand-knotted rugs are often durable, so you can use them without worry. In fact, a rug exposed to normal wear and tear can become even more beautiful over the years!
How should I think when choosing the color of my carpet?
Is the carpet the focal point of the room?
Before choosing a color, you need to ask yourself if the carpet should be the main feature and give a lot of character to the room or if it should simply blend in with other details.
If the rug is in the middle, it is often best to choose a color that contrasts with the rest of the decor to make it more attractive.
If you want to create a balanced and harmonious interior, you should avoid excessive contrasts.
What should you consider when choosing carpets in the living room?
Feel free to place the sofa's front legs on the carpet, preferably a little longer than the sofa, and if you have armchairs, it is good to be able to stand on the carpet and frame the entire piece of furniture. So choose a rug that's a little bigger for your living room rather than one that's too small and won't fit the furniture.
Whatever you want in your home, test yourself and cover the floor area where the carpet will be before you decide!
What is the right size of rug under the dining table?
The carpet under the dining table should be large enough not only for the dining table, but also for the chairs, with plenty of room, about 50-70cm extra to pull out the chairs. Chairs must be retractable without tearing the long side of the carpet. If the rug is large enough, the whole piece of furniture will be highlighted better. A rug that is too small can make the entire room feel cramped.
Carpets made of synthetic materials such as polyester, polypropylene or wool carpets are suitable under the dining table as they repel dirt and are easy to clean in case of accidental spills. The same applies to wool. However, it is easier to clean short-pile rugs than long-pile rugs and it is easier to pull out chairs.
Avoid viscose and bamboo silk under the dining table.
We recommend placing a non-slip pad under the rug to protect your floor and rugs from abrasion, especially cords
