We offer a free 30 day returns policy, which means you can return any of our products within a month for a full refund.
You can easily create your return by following the link in your order or delivery confirmation, and having the return label sent to your email address.
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for order cancellation is 30 days from the date you receive the goods or from the date a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.
In order to exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement.

We will compensate you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method that you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for this payment.
Return Terms:
For merchandise to be eligible for return, please ensure that:
Merchandise purchased in the last 30 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
Supply goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods that by their nature are not suitable for return, for example goods that deteriorate quickly or have expired.
Supplying goods that are not suitable for return for reasons related to health protection or hygiene and have been unpacked after delivery.
The supply of goods which, after delivery, by their nature, are inextricably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Return goods
We cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged or lost during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend a trackable, insured mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of delivery of returns received.
Gifts:
If merchandise is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the merchandise was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
