Rug Art's main factory is located in Gothenburg, Sweden, but we offer free worldwide shipping for orders over € 250.00 . This includes promotional prices.

The majority of our orders are expected to arrive within 10 working days of submitting the order if the product and size are already available. If it will be manufactured specifically for you, the time will vary depending on the size, design, and number of colors. This may vary depending also on local delivery methods and restrictions, and during busy times of the year.

All of our products are packaged with safety in mind, so they will arrive with you in perfect condition, no matter how turbulent the flight.

Return & Exchange Policy

Nothing. It is important to us that your carpet fits perfectly in your particular home, and therefore offers our Swedish customers free returns

We offer a 30-day free return policy, meaning you can return any of our products within a month for a full refund.

You can easily create your return by following the link in your order or delivery confirmation, and have the return label sent to your email address

How does a return work?

It is important that the carpet fits your home! Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you can return your rug within 30 days of receiving it, sale items included. We offer free returns.

You can open the package and try the carpet in your home. Remember to be careful when trying, as the rug must be returned in unchanged condition.

To return your order, follow the link in your order or delivery confirmation, and follow the instructions on the screen. You will then receive your return label and all necessary instructions sent to your email address.

As soon as the carpet is received by our warehouse and has been inspected, the amount of the order will be refunded.
